A real estate attorney handles closing.
We work with a licensed Florida real estate attorney who oversees all paperwork. The deed transfers. The mortgage stays in place. The foreclosure is stopped. All of this is legal, documented, and transparent.

We take over the payments.
From closing forward, we make the mortgage payments. The bank gets paid on time. Your credit is safe. You move on.
